Connected Tools Privacy Notice

This notice describes Google-connected features operated by Milk Entertainment. It supplements the website Privacy Policy. Effective September 3, 2026.

What the private dashboard accesses. The current dashboard requests Google Sheets read-only and Gmail read-only permissions. These Google permissions cover more account data than the feature uses: application controls restrict Sheet reads to the designated Routine, Command Center, and Communications records. These records can contain tasks, plans, assignments, contact information, draft text, and approval details. The Gmail integration reads the account email address and draft-identifier inventory; it does not fetch message bodies or attachments. It does not send, modify, or delete Gmail messages.

Why it accesses that data. The dashboard displays current operational information, checks whether communication drafts still exist, and records whether a refresh was verified. It keeps source-system authority separate: showing a record is not permission to send a message or change a booking.

Website reviews. The separate Reviews Sync integration is designed to read reviews for the company's configured Google Business Profile. Its cache includes reviewer display names, review text, ratings, dates, review identifiers, optional profile-photo links, and aggregate rating/count information. Selected public review information is displayed on the company website with Google attribution. The integration does not respond to reviews or change Business Profile information. This description does not assert that automated review synchronization is currently activated.

Storage and providers. The private dashboard stores an encrypted Google refresh credential, connection metadata, operational display snapshots, request status, and verification receipts in its hosted database. Hosting services process this information to operate the private application. The website maintains a separate review cache and uses its website hosting service to deliver public pages. Google provides the source APIs; the current dashboard uses Sites hosting and a Cloudflare D1 database, while the business website uses Netlify. Google credentials are not included in public pages or shared review output.

Access and sharing. Private dashboard information is restricted to its authorized owner and authorized operational support needed to provide, secure, or troubleshoot the service. Specific private records are not made public by the Google connection. Public review material is used only for the separately described website review feature. The connected tools do not sell Google user data or use private Google data for advertising. Milk Entertainment's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and removal. Saved operational snapshots and verification history are retained until an authorized cleanup; this release has no automatic retention-expiry or self-service history-deletion feature. Revoking Google's access stops future authorized reads but does not automatically erase existing snapshots, audit history, or website review caches. Contact info@milkentertainment.com to request review or removal of stored connected-tool information. Any removal must distinguish cached application data from original business records and records that must be retained for security, accounting, or legal obligations. No fixed deletion deadline is promised.

Your controls. The account owner can review or revoke this application's connection in Google Account settings. A revoked or expired connection causes refresh to report that reconnection is required instead of claiming fresh data. New data uses or broader permissions require updated disclosure and authorization before activation.
